Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-04-19 · Last updated: 2026-04-19
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "Merchant") and the operator of PayBoltHub ( "we", "PayBoltHub") covering your access to and use of the PayBoltHub platform, website, dashboard, APIs, webhooks and any related services (together the "Service"). By creating an account, calling our APIs, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and either (a) using the Service on your own behalf or (b) authorised to bind the legal entity you represent. Your use of the Service must at all times comply with the laws applicable to you and your customers, including tax, financial-services, anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws. You may not use the Service from, or on behalf of any person located in, a jurisdiction that is comprehensively sanctioned (including, as of this date, the Crimea region, so-called DNR/LNR regions, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria).
3. Account and security
3.1 Account creation
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Each account is for a single legal person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
3.2 Credentials
You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your password, two-factor tokens, API keys, webhook secrets and, where applicable, the private keys of any TRON wallet you link to the Service. Any action taken with valid credentials is deemed authorised by you. Notify us at support@paybolthub.com without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 Security standards
We require merchants processing > $10,000 per month to enable two-factor authentication. We may introduce further controls from time to time (IP allowlists, signed requests, etc.) and will give reasonable notice before they become mandatory.
4. The Service
PayBoltHub is a technical service that facilitates the receipt and dispatch of USDT TRC-20 payments between your customers and you. We are not a bank, we do not accept fiat deposits, we do not take custody of funds beyond the minimum necessary to route a transaction, and we do not provide investment, tax, legal or financial advice. You are the sole merchant of record for the goods or services you sell to your customers.
5. Fees and settlement
Our standard fee is 0.4% of the gross amount of each successful incoming payment, plus TRON-network fees (gas/bandwidth) on outgoing transactions. Fees may be updated from time to time with at least 14 days' prior notice to active merchants by email or dashboard notice.
Settlement to your USDT balance is typically instant after the TRON network confirms the incoming transaction (~11 s median). Withdrawals are broadcast to the TRON network as soon as they are signed; once broadcast, they are irreversible. PayBoltHub cannot recall, reverse or freeze a transaction on the TRON network.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service in connection with, and you warrant that you will not accept payments for, any of the following:
- Fraudulent, deceptive or materially misleading activities.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other financial crime.
- The sale of goods or services that are illegal in your jurisdiction or the customer's jurisdiction (including controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, child sexual abuse material, or content designed to defraud).
- Unlicensed financial services (lending, securities, derivatives, gambling where not licensed, FX or money transmission beyond the narrow PayBoltHub integration).
- Mixers, tumblers, privacy coins, darknet markets or services marketed to obscure the origin of funds.
- Transactions inconsistent with the business description you provided at onboarding, without notifying us in advance.
7. AML / sanctions screening
Every incoming transaction is automatically screened against sanctions lists and AML risk signals. Transactions scored as high-risk may be held for manual review for up to 5 business days. Where legally required, we will disclose information to competent authorities and cooperate with lawful requests. We may request additional KYC documents at any time; failure to provide them within 15 days may result in account suspension.
8. Crypto-asset risk
USDT is a privately issued, fiat-referenced stablecoin. Its 1:1 peg to the US dollar is maintained by its issuer, not by PayBoltHub. Stablecoins can depeg, be frozen by their issuer, or be unavailable due to network congestion. By using the Service you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept them.
9. Availability and support
We target a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible. We offer email support at support@paybolthub.com with a best-effort response target of one business day for merchants on the standard plan.
10. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service — including the code, APIs, documentation, trademarks and look & feel — are owned by PayBoltHub or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or frame the Service without our prior written consent.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe that you are in material breach of these Terms, that fraud or illegal conduct is occurring, or that continued access creates a security or regulatory risk to us or other merchants. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any USDT balance held will be returned to a TRON address you designate, net of outstanding fees, after any regulatory holds are released.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayBoltHub's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, nor for lost profits, goodwill, data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (including liability for fraud or gross negligence).
13. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless PayBoltHub and its officers, directors, employees and contractors against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your breach of any law, or (c) your goods or services sold to customers through the Service.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PayBoltHub is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of PayBoltHub's principal place of business, unless mandatory local law gives you a different, non-waivable forum.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email to the address on your account and by dashboard notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
